August 9, 2004 -- Nephrology News & Issues, a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary magazine published monthly in Scottsdale, Ariz., is sponsoring the Kidney Disease Economics Conference for renal care doctors, nurses, administrators, social workers, dietitians, technicians, patients, government policymakers, and private insurers from all over the United States. The KDEC is the first-ever conference to bring such diverse groups together to address the economic issues of renal patient care. Attendees will meet February 4–6, 2005, at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort, Phoenix, Ariz.

"The KDEC is intended for those patients and caregivers with a passion for quality and a vision of how care can and will be delivered in the future.
